Coleslaw Goes East
I had an interesting shoot assignment recently with Naylor Farm, one of the biggest cabbage growers in the UK since 1909. I was commissioned to shoot their range of coleslaw products pairing them with some of our local dishes, like satay, tandoori chicken, braised duck. In the process, I get to taste the coleslaw, and I must say the quality of the coleslaw (freshly packed in airtight packaging with no preservatives) is unlike what I had tasted before - Fresh, crunchy, creamy and spicy (spicy? Yes, chipotle coleslaw)... Yummy!
